Podcast 26: “Blazing A Trail”

On Saturday July 6th, the Good Shepherd’s Operations Manager will be taking on a punishing endurance challenge to raise money for the charity: Eight successive Blaze sessions! Click here for all the details.

Ahead of the challenge we caught up with Lee, and Niamh Norton, Blaze Supervisor from the David Lloyd Club in Dudley where it will all take place, for our latest Good Shepherd podcast.

Lee and Niamh spoke about the motivations for the challenge, the work of the Good Shepherd, the benefits of a club like David Lloyd, and the importance of exercise for both mental and physical health.

A big thanks to David Lloyd Dudley for hosting the podcast and also the challenge.
