Good Shepherd Podcast Episode 6: “I’d Be Lost Without Art.”

Darren, aka Parkesey, has been a service user at the Good Shepherd for many years.

He is now giving something back, via his creative talents and a love of art, which sees him attend the regular classes at the Good Shepherd and contribute to the 2021 Exhibition at the Light House Independent Cinema.

In this podcast Darren tells his powerful story, about how art helps him to continue on his journey through recovery with the help of the Good Shepherd.

He speaks to Kate Penman, project worker at the Good Shepherd and organiser of the art exhibition, and Leanne, another former service user who has also found art a great help and source of therapy, and is now a group leader at the art class.
