Vacancy: Key Worker – Employment Ready Project

The Good Shepherd are recruiting for a Key Worker – Employment Ready Project – to manage a caseload of clients who have experienced homelessness, addiction, or involvement in the criminal justice system.

The successful applicant will provide tailored employability advice, one-to-one support, and deliver workshops aimed at helping clients develop the skills and confidence they need to rebuild their lives.

They will also support with our LEAP (Lived Experience Into Action) project, providing a crucial stepping stone for clients in the early stages of recovery. By collaborating with partner agencies and working alongside our Peer Navigators, you’ll ensure clients receive the comprehensive support they need.
