Molineux Sleepout Raises Record Figure

The final total for the 2023 Molineux Sleepout has been revealed as a record-breaking £54,451.73.

Over 150 participants slept under the stars in the Stan Cullis Stand at Molineux back in November, on what was one of the coldest and wettest nights of the Winter.

The Sleepout is organised by Wolves Foundation with support from the Good Shepherd, and sees people from across the community come together to give up their creature comforts for one night only to help others.

“That’s an absolutely incredible total so thanks so much to everyone involved,” said Good Shepherd CEO Tom Hayden.

“We are also hugely appreciative to Wolves Foundation for partnering with us again and to all the people who made the night such a success.”

This was the fifth year of the Sleepout which has now raised almost £230,000 to be shared between projects run by the Good Shepherd and Wolves Foundation to support people experiencing homelessness, poverty and other issues in the city.
