The Pomegranate Park Run!

Keep on (Park) Running!

The Good Shepherd, and specifically the Pomegranate Café, were offered a great opportunity to raise awarness of their services with a ‘takeover’ of Wolverhampton’s Park Run.

What’s more – it was even more special because it was the 20th anniversary of the entire Park Run movement.

A group of Good Shepherd and Pomegranate staff, volunteers and trustees were delighted to get involved at West Park, whether by running or helping, and dishing out a few tasty treats to the runners as well as discount vouchers.

A reminder that Pomegranate is our social enterprise cafe based in Victoria Square by the Bus Station. Offering fresh and nutritious snacks and lunches, delicious cakes, and incredible coffee, and all the proceeds are invested straight into the Good Shepherd’s range of free-to-access services supporting the people of Wolverhampton.
